In partnership with the National Agricultural Advisory Services (NAADS) programme, KDFA implemented the Farmer Institutional Development (FID) project in three sub-counties of Kabarole District.

What We Did
The project focused on strengthening farmer institutions to enable them to participate effectively in agricultural programmes and markets. KDFA trained farmer groups in leadership, governance, financial management, and organisational development.
