KDFA is governed by a 9 member District Executive Board, elected every four years by the Farmers’ Council in line with the constitution.
The organisation is managed by a professional team led by a Coordinator and supported by agricultural advisors, enterprise development advisors, VSLA officers, community-based trainers, and administrative staff.
An Annual General Assembly provides oversight, approves policies and budgets, reviews performance and sets strategic direction.
